Information and support line for people living with dementia and their caregivers, healthcare professionals and the public.

Thallo and the Hellenic Initiative Against Alzheimer’s Disease (HIAAD.org) are increasing their social impact through a new information and support phone service for people living with dementia and their caregivers, providing a series of tools that further enhance the quality of caregiving through reliable information. The HIAAD, which has been actively and openly operating since 2019, comprises distinguished scientists in many fields of expertise in Greece and abroad –clinicians, researchers, teachers, legal professionals, businessmen– who share the vision of improving the current situation in Greece.

The Information and Support Helpline is the outcome of the coordinated efforts made by the seveneleven and the HIAAD, reflecting the way the American Alzheimer’s Association’s practices were implemented in Greek reality. Its main mission is to provide integrated care to patients with memory disorders and to their families, following internationally recognized guidelines.
